Refund policy
OVERVIEW
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, we offer a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused. You will also need proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Under EU law, you are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for defective goods. If a product is faulty, you may request repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
REFUNDS
If your refund is approved, we will refund all payments received, within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
