Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your mandatory rights as a consumer under EU or Lithuanian law.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and activities.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately.
We do not guarantee that product colours or appearance will be exactly the same as shown on your device.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance and payment is received.
We may cancel or refuse orders in case of suspected fraud, errors, or inability to fulfil the order.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices may change without notice.
The price applicable is the price shown at checkout.
Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes or shipping costs.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external circumstances.
Once the order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer, unless otherwise required by mandatory EU consumer law.
SECTION 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU 14 DAYS)
Consumers in the EU, including Lithuania, have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.

SECTION 7 - EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from notification.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of return.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
SECTION 8 - RETURNS
You must return goods within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
We may refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
SECTION 9 - LEGAL GUARANTEE (2 YEARS)
Under EU and Lithuanian law, consumers are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
If goods are defective, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on the situation.
SECTION 10 - DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect orders upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
We will offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with EU law.

All content on this website belongs to Vilori or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
SECTION 12 - PROHIBITED USES

Consumers also benefit from mandatory protections under EU law.
Disputes shall be handled by Lithuanian courts or the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), where applicable.
